Returns Policy

How long is the return window?
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
What items are eligible for returns?
Sale items and items marked as "non returnable" aren't eligible to be returned. 

To return an eligible item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Methods

Store Credit

You can return and item and get a store credit that you can spend. Once we've received the item(s) at our processing center, you'll get an email with a unique coupon code that you can use on monobathleisure.com.

Exchange
We welcome exchanges! Sometimes an item doesn't fit or you're not sure about the color. Let us know when you're returning that you want an exchange and we'll take care of it.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take between five to ten business days to see the amount reflected on your bank statement, as this depends on your bank and credit-card merchant.
